My Family’s Journey from Saltillo to Medford MA
I started this restaurant to bring my home city’s warmth to Medford. My parents owned a small eatery in Saltillo, where recipes passed down through generations lived on our table. When we moved, I knew our family recipes could brighten our new neighborhood here. I opened our doors with a simple hope: that each guest feels the welcome we felt growing up. Sharing my family’s meals makes each day special in West Medford. Every dish shares our story.

We wanted to share our passion for family recipes that feel honest and fresh. We grind organic chilies and make each salsa from scratch each morning. Our quesadillas, birria tacos, and tamales carry a taste of Saltillo in every bite. We choose fresh ingredients daily, from juicy meats to crisp corn for elote loco. You’ll see our commitment when you dig into a plate crafted by our own hands. I open our doors to build memories with each meal.
